Everyone has their own idea about a Haunted House: To some, it's a big, old, spooky, abandoned mansion that no one goes near at night. But to Teresa Tijeras, it's a suburban house in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California: HER OWN HOME.
Parapsychologist Dr. Maureen Fratini and her two videographers (Tom and Grover) are called in to investigate a series of unnatural occurrences that have begun to terrorize Teresa to the point of delirium. However, where she sees the occult will of her late father's spirit at work, Tom sees an opportunity to create a tabloid sensation- a way out of his wedding video day job. He and Grover begin an elaborate Hoax to convince Teresa, Dr. Fratini, and the world at large that the house is in fact haunted and that they alone possess the undeniable proof.
Soon, however, their conspiracy is joined by an overwhelming Presence- a dark force that begins to set its own plans in motion. When Tom and Grover set out to spend a night alone in the house- just one more rigging- both fall into a Dark Trap of Ancient Sorcery, bent on twisting their souls and keeping them with it... FOREVER...
