Get A Job is a 2016 American comedy film directed by Dylan Kidd and stars Miles Teller, Anna Kendrick, and Bryan Cranston. The movie follows the story of a group of four college graduates and their struggles to find employment in their respective fields in the tough economy of post-recession America. The film opens with Will Davis (Teller) completing his studies at a prestigious university with high hopes of landing his dream job in video game design. However, when he arrives on his first day of work, he finds out that the company has gone out of business due to financial troubles. Will is then forced to take a job as a grunt at a video production company, where he's forced to work under a brutal boss (Cranston) who constantly belittles him for his lackluster performance.

Meanwhile, Will's girlfriend, Jillian Stewart (Kendrick), is having a hard time finding a job as a reporter. She's hired by a small online magazine run by a former classmate, but finds it difficult to write articles that appeal to the magazine's younger audience.

Will's best friend, Charlie (Nicholas Braun), is struggling to find a job as well, and ends up taking a gig working for his two weird roommates who run a start-up called "Everything Voice". The company's main product is a smartphone app that reads your text messages using different celebrity voices, a concept that Charlie thinks is both brilliant and hilarious.

The fourth member of the group, Ethan (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) has a steady job at a car rental agency, but wants more out of life, yearning to become a music producer. Ethan spends his time outside of work trying to make beats on his computer and promoting local DJs, but finds it tough to make headway in the competitive music industry.

Throughout the course of the film, the group faces various obstacles and challenges as they try to make their way in the working world. Will struggles to impress his boss and win over his love interest, while Jillian has to navigate the complex dynamics of the modern media landscape. Charlie's start-up goes through some growing pains as they try to raise funds and find their place in the marketplace, while Ethan deals with personal and professional setbacks.

The movie is a lighthearted comedy that explores the struggles of young people trying to establish themselves in the workforce. The script is well-written with a good mix of humor and drama, and the actors all deliver solid performances. Teller, Kendrick, and Cranston are all excellent, bringing depth and nuance to their respective roles. The supporting cast is also strong, with Braun and Mintz-Plasse providing some great comedic moments.

The film also touches on some important themes, such as the challenges facing millennials in the job market and the difficulty of balancing personal aspirations with financial stability. However, it never feels preachy or heavy-handed, instead opting for a more humorous and lighthearted tone.

Overall, Get A Job is an entertaining and relatable movie that will resonate with anyone who has ever struggled to find their footing in the working world. It's a charming and funny comedy that also manages to offer some insightful commentary on the current state of the American economy. If you're in the mood for a light and enjoyable movie with a talented cast and a smart script, Get A Job is definitely worth checking out.
