Genie with the Light Pink Fur is a Pink Panther cartoon short that was released in 1966. The cartoon starts when the Pink Panther walks along and finds a genie's lamp. He picks up the lamp and a genie appears. Somehow the Pink Panther became his own genie after being tricked and can't get anyone to rub the lamp. The Pink Panther tries several attempts to have people rub the lamp, but no luck. Towards the end of the cartoon, The Pink Panther realizes that being a genie isn't what it's cut out to be and changes his mind on being a genie.
