In India, set in 1975, an apocalypse has occurred that has wiped out the majority of Bombay's power. The electricity was the only thing keeping a legendary power - called Gayatri Mahima - from spreading and taking over the city, the nation, and then the world. The government created this energy in the 1960s, but has worked diligently to cover their tracks.

One man, Patel Nelati, must stop this evil super power by using his strength, courage, and quick thinking. Through battles of epic proportions, the hero in this action film shows the audience how one person can make a big difference.
