Gate of Flesh is a 1964 Japanese film. It is set in a poor ghetto of Tokyo after WWII. A new girl joins a gang of prostitutes in an effort to earn a living. When a young soldier is shot nearby he hides out with the prostitutes. This causes some conflict among the girls as they are all attracted to him. The new girl breaks the group's rule by having sex for free with the man. They plan to run away together, but must first escape from her companions.
