Garam Masala is a 2005 Bollywood comedy film that was directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Venkateshwar Rao. The film features an all-star cast including Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, and Paresh Rawal in prominent roles. The film is a remake of the Priyadarshan directed Malayalam film, Boeing Boeing (1985). The film revolves around the lives of two friends, Mac (Akshay Kumar) and Sam (John Abraham), who are working as photographers for a fashion magazine. Mac is a suave and charming ladies man, while Sam is more reserved and introverted. Both men are in serious relationships, but they also have a penchant for women and often indulge their fantasies by wooing women and pretending to be single.

Everything changes when their boss, a no-nonsense editor named Muli Shrama (Paresh Rawal), demands that they focus solely on their work and set aside their personal lives. Muli is a strict disciplinarian who is intolerant of any sort of nonsense, and he warns the two photographers that if they don't toe the line, they will be fired.

Despite this warning, Mac and Sam continue to pursue their romantic escapades, and they even pretend to be roommates to cover up their philandering ways. However, their well-laid plans start to unravel when Muli shows up unexpectedly at their apartment, and they realize that all three of their girlfriends are in town at the same time.

The film takes on a zany and chaotic tone as the three men struggle to keep their girlfriends from finding out about their infidelities. As they try to juggle their lies and cover-up stories, they are forced to take more and more extreme measures to deceive their loved ones. Along the way, they encounter a host of colorful characters including a philandering businessman, a conniving hotel manager, and a sassy flight attendant.

As the film progresses, it becomes increasingly clear that the men's web of lies is rapidly unraveling, and they are forced to confront the consequences of their actions. Will they be able to salvage their relationships or will their lies destroy everything they hold dear?

The film is notable for its high-energy performances by the three lead actors. Akshay Kumar, in particular, is a standout as the charming and charismatic Mac, and he delivers some of the film's funniest lines with aplomb. John Abraham, meanwhile, is perfectly cast as the reserved and serious Sam, and he provides a necessary foil to Akshay's over-the-top character.

Paresh Rawal is also excellent as the stern and no-nonsense boss Muli, and he brings a deadpan humor to the role that is highly entertaining.

The film's soundtrack, composed by Pritam, is a mix of catchy dance numbers and romantic ballads that perfectly capture the film's tone. The most popular song from the film is "Kiss Me Baby", which features Akshay Kumar and John Abraham in a lively dance number.

Overall, Garam Masala is a highly entertaining and humorous film that offers audiences a glimpse into the world of male friendships and romantic escapades. The film's colorful characters and zany plot make it a must-watch for fans of Bollywood comedies.

Garam Masala is a 2005 comedy. It has received mostly positive reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 6.8.
