In 1970s Seoul, two young drifters named Jong-dae and Yong-ki find themselves thrown into the underground world of gangsters and political corruption. As they navigate their way through this dangerous world, they must make tough decisions and fight for survival. Jong-dae (played by Lee Min-ho) is a tough street kid who grew up in poverty, while Yong-ki (played by Rae-won Kim) is a smart and ambitious young man.
