In the early 1960s, British teenager Jenny (Jane Snowden) is away from home for the first time, living with a rural, respectable French family while attending the Sorbonne. Her head full of curious romantic notions, Jenny would like to find the man of her dreams and fall madly in love. She is also intent on surrendering her virginity, but only when the "right" boy comes along to woo her. Her choices boil down to just two: Norwegian "hunk" Niels (Øystein Wiik) and arrogant local boy Jean-Philippe (Alexandre Sterling). To make certain that her ultimate decision is the correct one, Jenny establishes a series of offbeat conditions for her two Romeos. However, things don't work out quite the way she planned in the romantic comedy The Frog Prince.
