This is a sci-fi movie with a deep and dark mystery to it. It is about a girl who claims she shot someone, because aliens told her to do it. Faron Holloway has spent the last five years in a mental institution. She shot, and nearly killed, a local weather forecaster. At the time, she claimed aliens had given her a secret mission to kill him. Now, she has been released. The institution claims she has been rehabilitated.

She only wants to live a normal life and finish growing up. Faron may not have this option. The past is catching up with her, with dark secrets she wants to avoid.
