The story follows a martial arts warrior named Kenshiro, who possesses extraordinary powers that allow him to control the flow of energy within his body, known as Hokuto Shinken. After a devastating global conflict, Kenshiro is on a mission to rescue his kidnapped fiancee, Yuria, from his rival, Shin, who is the leader of a gang that terrorizes the wasteland.

Along the way, Kenshiro must face off against numerous enemies, each of whom possesses their own unique fighting style and technique. He also encounters a variety of allies who aid him on his quest, including the feisty Rin, who serves as his love interest, and Bat, a young boy who looks up to Kenshiro as a mentor.

As Kenshiro battles his way through the dangerous landscape of the post-apocalyptic world, he must also confront Shin and his army of minions, who are determined to stop the warrior at all costs. Along the way, he gains new insight into his own abilities and learns to harness the power of his Hokuto Shinken technique to its fullest potential.
