Watch Fellow Citizen

Also know as Hamshahri, Fellow Citizen, a 1983 documentary, explores a July incident that occurred in Teheran, the capital of Iran. Part of the city was closed to traffic, and road blocks could be found in several locations in the city. The film focuses on a police officer speaking to a series of drivers who are not legally allowed within the cordoned-off areas, including some who are trying to reach a hospital.
