Extermineitors IV: Como hermanos gemelos (Exterminators 4: As Twin Brothers) is an action comedy satire film inspired by the classic Schwarzenegger-DeVito film Twins. Colonel William is the leader of the Extermineitors special forces unit. When he learns his arch nemesis, Mc Clain, has officially retired from a life of crime to live a quiet simple life, William comes up with an ingenious plan to recruit Mc Clain so he can help him take down Mc Clain's former crime organization. To accomplish this near impossible task, William assigns his trusted soldier, Guillermo, a covert mission to befriend Mc Clain and trick him into thinking they are twins.
