EuroTrip is a 2004 teen comedy film that follows the story of a recent high school graduate, Scott Thomas, who discovers that his German pen pal, Mieke, is actually a beautiful girl. Scott and his clumsy friend Cooper, accompanied by twins Jenny and Jamie, embark on a wild adventure across Europe to meet Mieke in Berlin. The film begins with Scott, played by Scott Mechlowicz, being dumped by his girlfriend on graduation day. That night, he receives an email from Mieke, a German girl with whom he has been talking online for years. Scott believes that Mieke is a male and sends some profane words to her, which leads to Mieke getting offended and cutting off communication with Scott.

However, Scott later discovers that Mieke is a girl, and the two start to get to know one another better. In an attempt to apologize for his previous behavior and clear things up, Scott decides to visit Mieke in Berlin. Cooper, his best friend, joins him on the trip, as does Jenny, a girl Scott has a crush on, and her twin, Jamie. The group embarks on a carefree backpacking trip that takes them from London to Paris to Amsterdam and finally to Berlin.

Along the way, the group experiences some hilarious and outrageous situations, including a fight with a robot in a street fair in Amsterdam, getting arrested in Bratislava and being mistaken for porn stars by a creepy Italian on a train. The group eventually makes it to Berlin, where they finally get to meet Mieke.

The movie is a classic coming-of-age story made for the millennial generation. Through his travels, Scott learns many lessons about friendship, truth, and love. He discovers a new side of himself, and by the end, he is not the same person he was at the beginning of the film.

The performances in EuroTrip are convincing, with Scott Mechlowicz doing an excellent job portraying the disheartened Scott who turns into a confident young man. Jacob Pitts is fantastic as Cooper, the one who always gets them into trouble, while Michelle Trachtenberg plays her role well as Jenny, the girl Scott has always had a crush on.

Overall, EuroTrip is a fun and entertaining movie that follows a classic formula of a group of friends traveling and getting into trouble. It's a light-hearted comedy that keeps the audience laughing from beginning to end. The jokes are good-natured, and the ridiculous situations they get themselves into never fail to amuse viewers. The film has a good mix of humor, travel, and delightful moments that make it an enjoyable experience.

EuroTrip is a 2004 comedy with a runtime of 1 hour and 30 minutes. It has received mostly poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 6.6 and a MetaScore of 45.
