Description
Deep in Buenos Aires, there lives a locksmith named Zapa. His work is plain and slow, until the day the shop owner sends him out on a job that changes his life forever. Called out to open a safe in an office, Zapa becomes charged with robbing the business. His uncle, a police officer, bails Zapa out. He then sends Zapa to join the Buenos Aires police force.
