Down for Whatever is a gripping and stylish drama movie that was released in 2018, the movie focuses on Tracy White (LeToya Luckett) who is facing a dilemma. Tracy is willing to help her sister in every way possible but things take a dark turn when Cindy is being watched by a shady character, known only as âDekiaâ (Micah Powell). Dekia is a powerful man with a criminal past, and takes an immediate interest in Cindy.
During this time, Tracy is trying to balance her career, being a single mom of two kids, and still spend time with her new boyfriend, Mike (Hosea Chanchez). Tracyâs life is quickly turned upside down when she discovers that Dekia is not who he says he is. Tracy has to use all her medical knowledge and resources to save her family.
The movie is directed by Tim Folsome and it manages to create a thrilling plot that keeps the viewers glued to their screens right from the beginning. The pacing is excellent, moving the plot along at just the right speed, keeping the viewer invested in what is happening. Folsome manages to masterfully tell a story of a woman fighting to protect her family from powerful enemies.
