Does This Mean We're Married is a 1992 romantic-comedy featuring Kate Holdbrook as Senator Pamala Owens and Ben Yarborough as Randy Melcorn. Senator Owens is a newly elected freshman senator in the Delaware state legislature. She is set to have a meeting with Melcorn to discuss agricultural subsidies when the meeting takes a romantic, steamy turn. Unfortunately for the protagonists, they are interrupted by a county clerk.
