Watch Devdas

Set in the early 1900s in the country of India, this film tells the story of two childhood friends, Devda and Paro. Devda is a handsome young man who comes from a very wealthy family, one of the wealthiest in the entire country. Paro is a shy but cheerful young lady who comes from a comfortable middle-class background. The two have virtually grown up together from the moment they were born. After Devda decides to go away to university in Calcutta, he leaves behind all he knows. However, upon returning home after his studies he notices that Paro has developed into a stunningly gorgeous woman.
