Desierto is a Mexican thriller movie. It depicts a group of people who are trying to cross the border, from Mexico to the United States. The film is about their encounter with a very racist individual who has illegally taken the matters of border-crossing into his own hands. The film tries to show the various challenges that migrants faces in pursuit to enter the borders of USA. In this film, you can see the ferocious man, Sam, with a rifle and man-hunting dogs, literally hunting for men looking to move from Mexico into the US.

In this movie, you will meet a group of 14 travelers who were moving from Mexico to US when their truck broke down in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, there was a man to guide them in the direction of US. Also, they are lucky enough to have a man in their midst who has been on this route before.
