This picture tells the story of a people who have prided themselves on making a big splash in the world of politics. The plot of the film revolves around the dictatorship of North Korea. After liberation from the Japanese empire shortly after the end of the Second World War, North Korea decided to make quite the name for themselves. For the longest time the North Koreans have been using extortion, thievery, and murder to get away with pretty much whatever they wanted. It is a communist country that goes completely against what the ideal of communism suggests, and it is the citizens who are paying the price.
