Demons Never Die is a British horror flick from 2011, directed by Arjun Rose. The movie follows a group of troubled teenagers who are dealing with their own personal demons, ranging from drug addiction to family issues. However, their problems take a back seat as they are forced to band together to face a greater threat - a mysterious killer who is hunting them down one by one.

The film opens with a tense scene of a girl, Samantha (Emma Rigby), barricading herself in a bathroom as she tries to call for help. However, she is quickly found by a masked killer who brutally murders her. This sets the tone for the rest of the movie as we realize that nobody is safe and the killer is ruthless.

We are then introduced to our main characters - a group of seven teenagers who are all struggling with their own problems. They are brought together in a counseling session led by their teacher Mr. Bates (Jason Maza), where they are encouraged to open up about their issues. The group consists of Archie (Robert Sheehan), a drug dealer who is trying to get out of the business; Megan (Jennie Jacques), a promiscuous girl who is struggling to fit in with her peers; Kenny (Jacob Anderson), a shy boy who is bullied at school; Jo (Eleanor Gecks), a rebellious girl who is angry at the world; Curtis (Jack Doolan), a boy who is mourning the loss of his brother; Ashleigh (Sapphire Elia), a girl whose mother is dying of cancer; and Amber (Shanika Warren-Markland), a girl who is dealing with a family secret.

As the group begins to bond over their shared experiences, they receive anonymous texts and emails inviting them to a party. Despite their reservations, they decide to attend the party at an abandoned warehouse. However, once they arrive, they realize that something is off - the party is empty and the doors have been locked from the outside.

It is at this point that the killer makes their presence known, stalking the group through the warehouse as they try to find a way out. The group is forced to confront their own fears and insecurities as they fight for their survival. Along the way, they uncover secrets about each other that threaten to tear them apart, but they must learn to work together if they hope to make it out alive.

One of the strengths of Demons Never Die is its diverse cast of characters. Each member of the group is dealing with a unique set of problems, which adds depth to the movie and allows us to understand their motivations. The acting is also strong, with Sheehan and Jacques delivering standout performances.

The film is also visually stunning, with the warehouse setting providing a great backdrop for the action. The lighting and cinematography are used effectively to create a sense of tension and unease throughout the movie.

While the plot may be predictable at times, the movie still manages to keep audiences engaged with its suspenseful action and likable characters. The ending is satisfying, providing a conclusion that feels earned and not forced.

Overall, Demons Never Die is a solid entry in the horror genre that offers some fresh ideas and a compelling story. It's a movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat and leave you satisfied by the time the credits roll.
