In 1986, Italian horror maestro Lamberto Bava unleashed his second installment in the Demons series; Demons 2. They try to leave the building, but the entrance has been sealed shut, and the exits are guarded by demons. The survivors must find a way out and fight their way through the demonic hordes to safety.

The movie is a frenzied, non-stop horror thriller with an abundance of gore and gruesome special effects. Lamberto Bava's direction is excellent, and he manages to create a creepy, claustrophobic atmosphere in the apartment building that makes the audience feel trapped and helpless. The depiction of the demons is also impressive, and the makeup and special effects are top-notch for the time.
