The film Demonic Beauty, directed by Bin Banluerit, is a romance horror film that tells the legend story of a ghost by the name Daow. When the Thai ruler discovers that the beautiful princess is in love with one of his soldiers, he sentences her to death. Before the princess is burnt to death, a spell is performed and her spirit leaves her body to inhabit her dead physical double by the name Daow.
During the day, Daow is just a normal woman but during the night, she turns into a ghost and her head leaves her body to torment the poor villagers.
