Watch Dark City

This 1990 Canadian independently produced political thriller was shown at the Toronto Film Festival. A prominent local politician has been murdered. When police begin their investigation, the trail leads to seven strangers who would appear to have a motive for the killing. There is just one problem: all seven of the accused are completely innocent. When law enforcement begins knocking on their doors in an effort to solve the crime that has the public up in arms, tempers will flare and accusations will start to fly as the politician's real killer attempts to get off free while innocents are sent to jail.
