Watch Daigoro vs. Goliath

Daigoro vs. Goliath (1972) depicts two huge monsters who battle each other for world domination. Daigoro is an infant when his mother is killed and a human takes pity on him and raises him in Japan. Goliath lands on Earth and is released when the asteroid he has been trapped in plummets to Earth and crashes. Goliath beats Daigoro in their first battle and then goes on to wreak havoc on the rest of the world. Daigoro, though near death, recovers and lives to fight another day. The resulting rematch plays against a backdrop of environmentally-themed scenes and fantasy sequences.
