Watch Dacait

Dacait is a 1987 Indian action-drama film directed by Rahul Rawail and starring Rakhee Gulzar, Sunny Deol, and Meenakshi Sheshadri. The movie revolves around the life of a young woman named Sumitra (Rakhee Gulzar) who is wronged by the society and turns into a dacoit after the death of her husband. The story is set in a small village in India where Sumitra lives with her husband Amar (Suresh Oberoi) and their son. She is torn between her duty towards her husband and her loyalty towards her gang.

Meanwhile, the police officer in charge of catching Sumitra is Vikas (Sunny Deol), who is also the brother of Amar. Initially, he is determined to capture Sumitra and bring her to justice. However, he begins to understand the reasons behind her actions and sympathizes with her cause. As the story progresses, he starts to develop romantic feelings for Sumitra.

The movie features some intense action sequences and emotional drama. The performances by the lead actors are commendable, with Rakhee Gulzar portraying the role of a strong and determined woman with great finesse. Sunny Deol does justice to his role as a sincere police officer torn between his duty and emotions. Meenakshi Sheshadri, who plays the role of Vikas's love interest, provides a breath of fresh air in an otherwise serious and intense narrative.
