After the Soviets were forced from Poland, the locals were free to explore art and film without government controls. Stanislaw Tym is a remarkable man who brings a bit of comedy to the world of solidarity and the East European movement. His methods and muses are unorthodox, but penetrate deep into every sector of the newly-liberated Polish culture. This brand of satire is extremely humorous, but never fails to poke fun at the men and women who consider themselves the faces of a reformed Poland.
