Conjoined is a horror-comedy film directed by Joe Grisaffi and starring Tom Long, Michelle Ellen Jones and Keefer Barlow. The movie follows the story of a lonely man named Stanley (Tom Long) who is on the hunt for love. He decides to take matters into his own hands and creates a dating profile online. However, he has a unique situation. Stanley was born with his twin attached to his body. The two have never been separated, and Stanley has accepted that he will never lead a normal life. However, his twin brother, who he communicates with telepathically, has other ideas. His brother convinces him that the only way to find true love is to separate and become two separate individuals.

Stanley hears his brother's arguments and agrees to the separation. They find a surgeon willing to do the procedure, and when it's all done, it seems like the right decision. Stanley's life becomes incredibly exciting, and he meets the girl of his dreams, Alina (Michelle Ellen Jones).

However, things take a turn for the worse when Stanley's brother starts murdering people in the small town they live in. Stanley becomes the prime suspect and must clear his name by finding his brother and bringing him to justice. The town's sheriff (Keefer Barlow) is on Stanley's tail, and he must prove his innocence before it's too late.

The movie is a horror-comedy that balances both genres seamlessly. It has both scary moments and hilarious moments that will keep you entertained throughout the film. The acting by the entire cast is impressive, and each actor brings a unique quality to their role.

Tom Long does an incredible job portraying Stanley and his twin brother. He manages to convey the telepathic communication the two share in a believable way, and his comedic timing is impeccable. Michelle Ellen Jones is also fantastic as Alina, and she brings a lot of heart to her character. Keefer Barlow is great as the no-nonsense sheriff who is after Stanley.

The direction by Joe Grisaffi is impressive, and he does an excellent job balancing the tone of the film. The movie never takes itself too seriously, but at the same time, it has moments of genuine horror that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The cinematography is also beautiful, and the film has a unique visual style that sets it apart from other horror-comedies.

The music is also a highlight of the film, with a haunting score that adds to the creepy atmosphere of the movie. The practical effects are also impressive, and the makeup used to create Stanley's twin brother is fantastic. The special effects are well executed and are used sparingly, which makes them all the more effective.

Overall, Conjoined is an impressive horror-comedy that balances both genres perfectly. The movie is well acted, well directed, and has a unique visual style that sets it apart from other horror-comedies. If you're a fan of either genre, this movie is definitely worth checking out.

Conjoined is a 2014 horror movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 15 minutes. It has received mostly poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 4.4.
