Comedown is a British horror thriller from 2012, directed by Menhaj Huda, that tells the story of a group of friends who find themselves trapped inside an abandoned tower block while trying to make a music video. The film stars Jacob Anderson as the leader of the group, Sophie Stuckey as his girlfriend, and Jessica Barden as a young woman who gets caught up in their dangerous game.

However, things take a dark turn when the group gets separated, and some of them start hearing strange noises and seeing unexplained things. Soon, it becomes apparent that they are not alone in the tower block and that someone or something is hunting them down.

The tension builds as the group tries to find a way out while being pursued by unknown forces. They soon discover that they are being stalked by a gang of violent drug dealers, who use the building as their hideout. The gang, led by a ruthless thug named Viper (Geoff Bell), wants to make sure that the group never leaves the building alive.

As the night wears on, the group becomes increasingly desperate as they try to evade their captors and find a way out of the building. However, they soon realize that they have stumbled upon something much more deadly than just a gang of drug dealers. There is a malevolent force at work, and it seems to be using the drug dealers to do its bidding.

Comedown is a tense and claustrophobic movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The film is shot entirely inside the abandoned tower block, giving it a sense of confinement and isolation. The movie is filled with jump scares and chilling moments that will make your skin crawl. The cinematography is excellent, with the abandoned building providing a haunting backdrop to the action.

The acting is also terrific, with Jacob Anderson delivering a standout performance as the group's leader, Jester. Sophie Stuckey is also great as his girlfriend, Katrina. Jessica Barden is excellent as the young woman, Zara, and Adam Deacon brings a lot of charisma to the role of Jake. The actors do an excellent job of conveying the fear and desperation that their characters feel throughout the movie.

Comedown is a well-directed and well-crafted horror thriller that will keep you hooked from start to finish.
