This film represents a great battle that was fought during the first World War. For many years Turkey had occupied a mountain range that sits in the beautiful country of New Zealand. During World War I, the British saw their opportunity to charge the range and take back what they believe is rightfully theirs. On August 8, 1915 the Wellington Regiment of the British Armed Forces stormed the hill and fought a gruesome battle against the Ottoman Turks. The battle claimed countless lives and has been called one of the bloodiest battles fought during the long and painful World War.
