The movie revolves around the character of Ryan James (played by Nat Christian), an ambitious and successful business executive in San Francisco who has everything he could ever want, until he starts to experience a strange and haunting phenomenon. Ryan James starts to receive TV transmissions from an unknown source without a television. He discovers that the TV signals he is receiving are not regular broadcasts, but rather they are live recordings of imminent kidnappings and murders across San Francisco. James initially thinks that he is going insane, but the events he witnesses are too real to be dismissed as mere delusions.

With the help of his girlfriend, Emily (played by Kimberly Oja), Ryan starts to unravel the mystery behind these transmissions. They team up with a TV aficionado, Woody (played by John Kassir), and embark on a journey to track down the source of these disturbing transmissions. They discover that there is a group of high-tech kidnappers known as 'The Wall Street Kidnappers' who use TV signals to broadcast their heinous acts and ransom demands.

The story takes an unexpected turn when Ryan James is abducted by the kidnappers, and Emily takes the matter into her own hands to rescue him.
