Cavalry Command is a classic Western film that was released in 1958. It was directed by Eddie Romero and starred John Agar and Richard Arlen. The movie takes place in the late 1800s, during the Indian Wars that were fought between the United States Army and Native American tribes. John Agar plays Captain Tom Benson, a cavalry officer who is tasked with stopping a group of raiding Apache warriors led by the infamous Geronimo. Richard Arlen plays Captain Bill Fowler, a veteran cavalry officer who has seen his fair share of battles and is tasked with leading a group of soldiers on a risky mission deep into Apache territory.

At the start of the movie, we see Captain Benson and his troops riding through the desert when they hear gunshots and see a group of settlers being attacked by Apache warriors. Benson and his men quickly spring into action, fighting off the attackers and rescuing the settlers. However, Benson is injured in the fight and is taken to a nearby fort to recover.

It's here that Benson learns of the threat posed by Geronimo and his warriors. The Apache leader has been causing havoc in the region, raiding settlements and attacking anyone who crosses his path. Benson is tasked with leading a group of troops to find and defeat Geronimo and his men.

Meanwhile, Captain Fowler is leading a separate mission to escort a shipment of rifles to another fort. Along the way, his group is ambushed by Apache warriors and they lose most of their men. Fowler is forced to retreat to a nearby town, where he meets up with Benson and his troops.

Together, the two captains devise a plan to trick Geronimo and his men into a trap. They set up a decoy camp and lure Geronimo into attacking it, all while they and their troops lay hidden nearby. In a tense and exciting battle, Benson, Fowler, and their men are able to defeat Geronimo's warriors and capture the legendary Apache leader.

Throughout the movie, we see the two captains face challenges and overcome obstacles as they work to protect their fellow soldiers and stop Geronimo's attacks. There's plenty of action and suspense, as well as moments of reflection and drama as the characters deal with the difficult realities of war.

Overall, Cavalry Command is a classic Western that delivers what fans of the genre expect. With strong performances by Agar and Arlen and plenty of thrilling action sequences, this movie is sure to satisfy anyone looking for a good old-fashioned Western adventure.
