Watch Caotica Ana

This Spanish psychological drama, directed by Julio Médem, was released in 2007. The film received a great deal of media coverage due to the fact that it was based upon the real and tragic life of the director's sister, who died in a car crash not too long before the project began. The plot of the film follows, in intimate detail, the life of Ana, from the age of 18 to 22. Ana, psychologically troubled and severely depressed, believes she is not a whole and singular identity but a vessel for the souls of numerous other woman whom have all committed suicide at the age of 22. The film has often been described as a feminist fable, rallying the viewer against the tyranny of privileged white males.
