A wily producer makes a bet with a film making friend that he can hype any nobody off the street into the Cannes film Festival's biggest sought after sweetheart. The producer touts a stranger off the street as the 'next Quentin Tarantino' and generates huge interest in his non-existent film project and soon has a stellar cast lined up for his ruse.
