Watch Bug

Bug is a 2006 psychological thriller. The movie was directed by William Friedkin. Ashely Judd, Michael Shannon and Harry Connick Jr. head up the cast. It is based on a play by Tracy Letts. The story is set in rural Oklahoma. A woman named Agnes (Judd) is lives in a run down hotel while working as a waitress in the small town. She is addicted to drugs and alcohol and unable to cope with the disappearance of her son. She is harassed by silent telephone calls she thinks are coming from her ex-husband. She learns that the telephones calls are actually coming from the U.S. government who are carrying out biological testing when she meets Peter Evans (Shannon).
