The London Bridge over the River Thames is dismantled and shipped to Lake Havasu City in Arizona approximately 100 years after Jack the Ripper died in the Thames. Strange murders occur after the bridge is rebuilt, and police officer Don Gregory believes Jack the Ripper is responsible.
