They sold more than 15 million records. They recorded with The Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac. They won a Grammy and redirected hip-hop's sonic direction. They are Bone Thugs-N-Harmony! Bone Thugs-N-Harmony burst out of the Midwest in the mid- '90s with a pair of massive hits, "Thuggish Ruggish Bone" and "Tha Crossroads," along with a great album E 1999 Eternal. They were one of the most important groups in hip-hop history; breaking down doors for other Midwestern rappers.
