An aging woman in Massachusetts realizes she does not have a lot of life left. There is only one thing she wants before she dies. She wants to find the only man she ever loved. As far as she knows, he is in the Philippines. She begins her search by writing letters to every man in the Philippines with the same name as her lost love. In the Philippines, a man with the same name as her true love is dying of cancer. He does not have much time left and wants to find his lost love as well. He sets off on a journey, aided by his son and grandson, to find her. The only fear the man and woman have is whether they will find each other before it is too late.
