Black Cobra is an action packed film that is based on the book When The Cobra Strikes. The film is about a guy they call the Cobra who travels South Africa on a quest for diamonds to save his father. The Cobra is played by the handsome martial arts specialist and actor T.J. Storm. The film accelerates in action the longer it's on, as the Cobra also known as Sizwe Biko or Young Sizwe attempts to smuggle illegal black diamonds into the country.

The fear of Cobra's father being harmed causes him to do whatever it takes to assure his safety but that isn't all he has to be worried about. During his journey he soon discover that there is someone in his circle that has or will ultimately betray him. The question is who is the betrayer and why.
