In the 1986 film Biggles - Adventures in Time, based on the popular British adventure series for children, we follow the journey of Jim Ferguson, an American pilot during World War I. However, when Jim discovers that this reality was only made possible by the villainous machinations of a time-traveling weapons dealer named Erich von Stalhein, he and his team must race against time to stop von Stalhein before he wreaks havoc on the past, present, and future.

The second alternate reality they find themselves in is a world where the Nazis won World War II and are now in control of everything. There, they encounter the evil Baron von Richthofen, an old enemy of Biggles', who has been using time travel to alter history to his own gain. With the help of a group of rebels, our heroes band together to take down von Richthofen and put an end to his wicked schemes.

As they traverse through time and space, Jim begins to grow close with Marie, developing a romantic relationship with her as they face each new challenge together. Meanwhile, Biggles and Algy's bromance blossoms as they support each other through the trials they face.

Throughout it all, the film features thrilling aerial dogfights and stunning special effects. It's a fun, action-packed adventure that is sure to delight fans of the Biggles books and anyone who enjoys a good time travel story.
