Bigfoot County is a horror/thriller movie released in 2012 that revolves around a group of friends who decide to go on a camping trip in the woods of Northern California to search for evidence of the existence of Bigfoot, a legendary creature said to inhabit the wilderness. The main characters of the movie are Jake (Stephon Stewart), Zoe (Davee Youngblood), and Roger (Shy Pilgreen), who are film students and documentarians trying to put together a Bigfoot movie. They are joined by their friend and fellow enthusiast, Frank (Justin Hall), and a local Bigfoot expert and guide, Bob (Drew Rausch).

The five of them set out on their journey through the forest, equipped with cameras and other tools to try and find evidence of the creature. Throughout their search, they encounter a few locals who warn them of the dangers of the forest and the creatures that may inhabit it.

As they delve deeper into the woods, strange and terrifying things start to happen, including missing equipment, weird noises, and the discovery of strange markings on trees. The group soon realizes that they might have bitten off more than they can chew, and things take a turn for the worse when they stumble upon an old abandoned cabin in the middle of the forest.

Things start to get creepy as they explore the cabin and the surrounding area, and it becomes apparent that they are not alone in the woods. The group starts to fear for their lives as they come face to face with a mysterious figure that could be Bigfoot, or something even more sinister.

The movie features an ensemble cast that delivers solid performances, and the cinematography is top-notch. The filmmakers did an excellent job of creating a creepy and eerie atmosphere that keeps you on edge throughout the movie. The use of found footage and documentary-style filming adds to the believability of the story, and it feels like you are watching an actual documentary.

The pacing of the movie is excellent, and it keeps you engaged from start to finish. There are moments of tension and suspense that will have you on the edge of your seat and jump scares that will make you jump out of it.

One downside of the movie is the lack of character development. The characters feel a bit flat and generic, and you don't get to know them well enough to care about their well-being. However, this is a minor flaw that doesn't take away from the overall enjoyment of the movie.

Overall, Bigfoot County is a solid horror/thriller that will satisfy fans of found footage and documentary-style movies. It's a creepy, suspenseful, and entertaining ride that will keep you guessing until the very end. If you're looking for a good scare, this movie is definitely worth checking out.

Bigfoot County is a 2012 horror movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 22 minutes. It has received mostly poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 2.9.
