The film attempts to expose that aside from their musical heroes, there is a growing problem in the area, and it is about to explode in the form of a rent strike. Many families in Liverpool have been living in less than acceptable conditions, their children growing up in homes filled with uncertainty. Tensions arose to a boiling point in 1979 and this documentary films the events leading up to it.
