This is a 50 minute beginners Vinyasa yoga class, perfect for both the first time yoga practitioner as well as the seasoned yogi looking to get back to the basics. We will work on stretching, breath work, and a breakdown of the postures for the true beginner. We move through Sun A and Sun B Salutations and do some balancing work as well. Feel the mind and body benefits as you increase your strength and endurance while you develop powerful body and breath awareness.
