A documentary film following the lives of four Jewish women who are Ultra-Orthodox, both in Israel and Brooklyn. The women relate the joys and difficulties of raising large families and dealing with one pregnancy and childbirth after another. They also struggle to find meaning within the strictures of their highly traditional belief systems and lifestyles. Shows vividly what is is like to be a Jewish woman living within an environment that is as as purely Orthodox as possible while modern society is all around them, showing them a different way of life.
