The documentary Battleground: 21 Days on the Empire's Edge tells the true and harrowing story of two filmmakers from the Sundance award-winning Guerrilla News Network that risked their own lives on the front lines during the war with Iraq. For three weeks in 2003, Robert Hollis, and Rana Al Alouby put themselves in harms way to bring the behind the scenes untold story of the humanities involved that would make both the left and the right question their ideals. Through discussions and interviews it talks about several decisions that might have been made differently, but because they were not America continues to be sucked into the Middle East dilemma.
