Batman: Bad Blood is a 2016 animated superhero film based on the DC Comics superhero Batman. The film is directed by Jay Oliva, written by J. M. DeMatteis and produced by Warner Bros. Animation. It is the sequel to the 2015 film Batman vs. Robin and the 10th installment in the DC Animated Movie Universe. The movie begins with Batman disappearing in action during a fight against a group of criminals. As Gotham City descends into chaos and crime rates skyrocket, Nightwing, Robin, and Batwoman take up the mantle to carry on the fight against the criminal underworld. However, as they continue their crime-fighting efforts, they soon realize that they can't do it alone - they'll need Batman's help.

Meanwhile, Batman is being held captive by Talia al Ghul, the daughter of his old enemy Ra's al Ghul. Ra's has discovered Batman's true identity as Bruce Wayne, and with the help of his assassin Kuroneko, he plans to take over Gotham by launching a missile attack on the city. But Talia has her own agenda - she wants to use Batman's blood to create an army of unstoppable soldiers.

As Nightwing, Robin, and Batwoman continue to track down criminal activity in Gotham, they run into a new enemy - the Heretic. This mysterious figure is a new breed of masked villain, and his abilities rival Batman's own. As they fight to stop the Heretic's plans, they begin to uncover a conspiracy that could threaten the entire city of Gotham.

Batman: Bad Blood is an action-packed superhero adventure that pits some of the most iconic members of the Batman family against some of the deadliest villains in the DC Universe. The animation is top-notch, with fluid fight sequences and detailed character designs that bring the comic book characters to life on the screen.

The voice cast is also exceptional, with Jason O'Mara reprising his role as Batman/Bruce Wayne. Yvonne Strahovski brings a new voice to the character of Batwoman/Kate Kane, and Stuart Allan continues to impress as Robin/Damian Wayne. Sean Maher also returns as Nightwing/Dick Grayson, while Gaius Charles joins the cast as Luke Fox/Batwing.

One of the highlights of the film is the introduction of Batwing, a character who is relatively new to the DC Universe. Luke Fox is a former soldier who uses a high-tech suit to fight crime in Gotham, and his addition to the team adds a new dynamic to the already-rich roster of characters in the film.

Another standout aspect of the film is the action sequences. From rooftop chases to high-speed battles, the film is filled with thrilling set pieces that keep the audience engaged from start to finish. The fight choreography is expertly done, with each character utilizing their unique skills and abilities in battle.

Overall, Batman: Bad Blood is a must-watch for fans of the Caped Crusader and the DC Universe. It offers a fresh take on the Batman mythos, while also introducing new characters and elements that keep the series feeling fresh and exciting. Whether you're a longtime fan or a newcomer to the world of Batman, this film offers something for everyone.
