Baazi is a 1968 Indian crime thriller film, directed by Moni Bhattacharjee and produced by Geeta Bali. The movie features an ensemble cast comprising some of the biggest stars of that era including Waheeda Rehman, Dharmendra, Johnny Walker, and others. The story revolves around the life of Madan (Dharmendra), a petty thief who, after serving a jail sentence, decides to lead a life of honesty. He soon meets and falls in love with Reena (Waheeda Rehman), a kind-hearted and innocent girl. Reena works as a nurse in a hospital and also takes care of her younger brother, who is blind. However, Madan's past catches up with him when he gets an offer to join a gang of criminals led by Don (Anwar Hussain).

Don is a notorious criminal who runs a gambling den and is involved in several illegal activities. Madan, desperate to make money, accepts Don's offer and begins working for him. However, as time passes, he realizes that he has made a huge mistake, and tries to break free from Don's clutches. Things take a turn for the worse when Don finds out about Madan's relationship with Reena and decides to use it against him.

As the plot thickens, Madan finds himself caught between his love for Reena and his loyalty towards Don. He is forced to make tough choices and take risks, as he attempts to outsmart Don and save his own life. Meanwhile, Reena's life is also in danger, as Don sees her as a potential threat to his operations.

Baazi is a well-crafted movie with an engaging plot and plenty of twists and turns. The performances of the lead actors are top-notch, with Dharmendra shining in the role of Madan. Waheeda Rehman, as always, delivers a powerful performance, bringing depth and emotion to her character. Johnny Walker, who plays Madan's sidekick, provides comic relief without being over-the-top.

The film's music, composed by Kalyanji-Anandji, is a highlight, with several memorable songs including the haunting "Aaj Ki Raat, Koi Aane Ko Hai" and the upbeat "Dekh Idhar Ae Haseena".

Baazi is a timeless classic that continues to be remembered fondly by fans of Hindi cinema. It is a must-watch for anyone who enjoys crime thrillers with a twist of romance. The film's message about the consequences of one's actions and redemption is still relevant today.
