Watch Armageddon

An asteroid is almost certain to hit the Earth if something drastic is not done about it. If it does strike, the results will be cataclysmic enough that most life on Earth would die. Unfortunately, there is little time to do anything about it, but an elite team of astronauts takes to the skies to try to divert the course of this massive chunk of space rock. Meanwhile, the controllers down on the surface try to help them achieve success in their quest while the family members and loved ones of the astronauts pray that they will get back safely.
