Arjun Devaa is a 2001 Indian action-drama film, directed by Imran Khan and starring Mithun Chakraborty, Puru Rajkumar, and Rutika Singh. The film is set in a small village in India, where the villagers are being terrorized by a local goon named Dhanraj Singh (Sahiba). Dhanraj is a powerful and wealthy man who does whatever he wants in the village, including exploiting the poor and punishing anyone who dares to stand up against him.

Amidst this atmosphere of fear and oppression, Arjun Devaa (Mithun Chakraborty) arrives in the village. Arjun is a retired army officer who has taken a vow to help the poor and fight against injustice. He quickly becomes a hero to the villagers, and they look up to him to save them from Dhanraj's tyranny.

Arjun's first challenge comes early on, when he witnesses Dhanraj's men beating up a poor farmer named Ramu (Puru Rajkumar). Arjun intervenes and takes Ramu to his house to care for his wounds. Ramu is grateful to Arjun and tells him about Dhanraj's atrocities and how he has ruined the lives of many villagers. Arjun decides to take action and sets out to challenge Dhanraj.

Over the course of the movie, Arjun engages in a cat-and-mouse game with Dhanraj and his gang, using his army training and tactics to outwit them. He also forms a strong bond with the villagers, who see him as their savior. Along the way, he also falls in love with a young woman named Sonu (Rutika Singh), who is also a victim of Dhanraj's injustices.

The film is filled with action-packed fight scenes and chase sequences, as Arjun and his team clash with Dhanraj's men. But it also has emotional moments, as Arjun and the villagers share their struggles and dreams. Mithun Chakraborty gives a strong performance as Arjun, portraying him as a tough yet compassionate hero who is willing to risk everything for the greater good. Puru Rajkumar is also impressive as Ramu, conveying the pain and anger of someone who has suffered under Dhanraj's rule.

The film's music, composed by Dilip Sen-Sameer Sen, is memorable, with catchy songs such as "Chupke Se Dheere Se". The cinematography by Nazir Khan captures the beauty of the rural setting, juxtaposing it with the darkness of Dhanraj's actions.

Overall, Arjun Devaa is a must-watch for fans of Mithun Chakraborty and action movies. It combines thrilling action with a powerful message about standing up against injustice and fighting for what is right.
