While there, they stumble upon a tattoo parlor owned by a mysterious tattoo artist known only as "The Artist" (Robert LaSardo). The students are immediately drawn to the unique and intriguing artwork that they see in the parlor, and they soon decide to get tattoos from The Artist. However, they soon realize that their tattoos have a much darker connection than they ever could have imagined.

As the students begin to experience strange and horrific visions, they start to realize that The Artist might not just be a tattoo artist, but may be involved in something much more sinister. With no way out and no one to turn to, the students must fight for their survival against an ancient evil that has been unleashed.

The film is directed by Devon Downs and Kenny Gage, and stars a talented cast of up-and-coming actors, including Robert LaSardo as The Artist, Anthony Del Negro as the leading man, Eric, and Jordan James Smith as his best friend, Wren.

The film has a distinct European flair, and the haunting backdrop of Lithuania only adds to the overall mood and sense of dread.

Another aspect of the film that sets it apart is the use of practical effects and makeup instead of CGI. The artists behind the scenes have done a phenomenal job creating grotesque and terrifying creatures and gruesome injuries, which add to the horror and shock value of the film.

While Anarchy Parlor is undeniably a horror film, it also has elements of dark comedy that help to break up the tension and provide some much-needed relief from the relentless terror.
