As a professor of theoretical studies at the University of Paris, Robert Green is a smart man who feels that his intelligence can be used to help the world. He attempts to intervene in international crises around the world. The Arab Saudi King Aahuti finds out that the professor has stopped a critical influx of weapons to the Kuwait border and sends a hitman to kill him. When Green finds out, he must draw on his knowledge of martial arts. He has never told his peers, but he was once an apprentice under the great Hukimi in Japan in the 1930's.
